Regrettably, we are currently unable to accept animals that are subject to a Control Order or are banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. We currently do not have the required insurance to accommodate these dogs. In order to offer a solution to our customers, we have reached out to another local field. The postcode for our field is CV37 0ER. Please turn off Featherbed Lane at the JNB Gymnastics turning and we are located at the back of the buildings. what3words: cracks.northward.special
There are three parking spaces available. One is located just outside of the field and the other two are inside the field on hard standing. We can also accommodate a large number of cars for group bookings but please contact us directly for more information and bookings.
All bookings need to made online prior to your arrival. You can change your booking five hours in advance but please note that we do not offer refunds.
Apologies you’re having trouble booking. In some cases, the bank authentication process can cause problems with our booking platform. This has been raised with our supplier. Please use this link to book your dog walk.
The field is not currently floodlit. There is a solar powered light on the gate post but we do recommend bringing a torch for sessions in the morning or evening.
We can accommodate up to eight dogs in one booking. If you would like to enquire about booking a larger group of dogs, please email us at info@stratforddogwalkingfield.co.uk
You are able to reschedule your booking, for free, up to five hours before your time slot is due to start, but unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
To reschedule please visit your original booking confirmation email, click the ‘change time’ button and follow the steps to find new available times.
We currently don’t offer toilet facilities.
Yes, you can book multiple sessions at one time. Please select the ‘add a time’ option when you click on the time slot.
The field will be walked and checked daily but please contact us immediately via email info@stratforddogwalkingfield.co.uk if you notice any damages.
There is not a limit on the number of people who can attend at any one time. Please however, ensure you have booked the correct number of dogs attending the session and bring only three cars unless you have been in touch with us directly.
You are welcome to bring your children to the field, but they must be supervised at all times, and you are responsible for making sure that they do not injure themselves or break any of our T&Cs. Please be aware that the field has not been made child safe, and that certain elements may pose an additional hazard to children (non-child proof dog poo for example).
